Our Story

Since 1895, we’ve been the heartbeat of Charlestown, Limekilns, and Pattiesmuir, connecting neighbors and preserving local heritage.
A playground area is surrounded by lush green trees. The play structure is equipped with slides and climbing features, designed for children. Above the playground, colorful orange and blue shade sails provide cover. Nearby, a brick building with a sign indicating it's part of a local council can be seen. People are visible, including children playing and adults nearby.
People are gathered in a cobblestone courtyard near a tall stone clock tower surrounded by lush green trees. Families and visitors, some with dogs, are walking or sitting on the stone wall, with a small wooden chapel visible in the background.
